	Identify Tasks for VirtualAide’s: The client identifies together with VirtualAide’s the depth of involvement in the project.

	Document Workflow: VirtualAide’s client integration experts perform process mapping in co-ordination with the client for a smooth flow of information (typically 1-2 days).

	The Setup: Dedicated workers or teams are selected, communications and connectivity are tested, and performance metrics for success and operational effectiveness are established (typically 1 day).

REPORTS AND PERFORMANCE METRICS

VirtualAide’s provides its clients with periodic reports designed to allow our clients to easily monitor activity and make last minute changes, if necessary. Performance metrics are established early in the project and performance is evaluated on a regular basis.
